What\'s New in MapleConcierge (May 2026)

Recent additions Yardi doesn\'t bother with for the SMB tier:

🏦 PAD / Rotessa direct debit — automated Canadian rent collection; we never hold tenant funds.
🤖 Ray AI agent — chat that records payments, creates work orders, schedules inspections, renews leases.
📸 AI property descriptions from photos — Claude vision over your photos + recent renovations.
📋 Bilingual owner statements (EN/FR) — NR4 / GST / management fee / net-to-owner auto-calculated.
💸 Pay-per-automation pricing — only $0.60/tx for automated workflows. Manual = free. Vendor fees pass through.
